Your order is shipped from the CTI location or may be drop shipped from another location that will be listed per manufacturer and item within the United States. We will even offer produsts from overseas that may take up to 30 days for delivery. These items and Manfacturers will also be desiganted. For overseas shipments buyer is responsible for imports duties, permits and fees. Fed Ex ground is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed Fed Ex size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you. You may indicarte the carrier of your choice when checking out. $5.00 fee handling fee will be added to shipping charges. RETURNS Call 1-918-876-4735 to receive an authorization number or complete the form on the back of the packing list and return the merchandise within 30 days.
